Interested in learning about sourdough? Come join a class!
In class we go over the science of sourdough, how to works, why it works and give you all the hands on experience needed to walk away confident to make your own loaf. 
All attendees go home with a jar of sourdough starter, a loaf to bake at home, and a kit of tools that includes a proofing basket, bread lame, dough whisk, and bench scraper.
